  • Thinly slice apples and arrange them on a plate.

  • Add the peanut butter to a small dish and microwave it for 30 seconds and then in 10 second intervals until completely melted. Mix in a tiny bit of coconut oil if needed for a smooth consistency that can easily be drizzled.

  • Drizzle the peanut butter over the sliced apples. Then, sprinkle on the raisins and walnuts, and top it with a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!

Notes

  • To prevent the apples from browning, you can toss them in a little bit of lemon juice before arranging them on the plate.
 
  • I used fuji apples because they're very sweet, but you can use your favorite apples.
 
  • You don't have to be limited by the toppings listed in this recipe! Get creative and try different topping combinations.
