Preheat the oven to 275º F.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt together.
Add the egg white and water to a large bowl and beat until frothy. Then, add the pecans and gently mix until evenly coated.
Add the cinnamon sugar mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Spread the pecans out on a sheet pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. They’re done when the pecans are dry and crunchy. Enjoy!
