Mango Smoothie Bowl

This easy-to-make mango smoothie bowl is delicious, refreshing, and so satisfying! Add your favorite toppings for a healthy breakfast or snack!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana about 3/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk plus more as needed
  • sweetener of choice as needed (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. Stop the blender and stir as needed. If extra liquid is needed for blending, add in 1 tablespoon at a time. You want to have a really thick smoothie, so try to add as little liquid as possible.
  • Spoon the smoothie into a bowl, then top with your favorite toppings. Serve immediately. ENJOY!

Notes

The key to a good smoothie bowl is having a thick smoothie.  A good, powerful blender plays a big role in this.
