This winter season brought us lots of snow! Our neighborhood was transformed into a winter wonderland, with fluffy white snow everywhere. We had lots of snowball fights, made snow angels, and of course, built snowmen. And let me tell you, my kids loved every second of it!
Of course, as the days grew warmer, our snowmen eventually melted. My kids and I decided to make a fun melted snowman craft to mimic this transformation and capture the magic of winter before it disappears into spring. I’ve created a free printable so you can make it with your kids as well!
Snowman Books for Kids
This classic picture book tells the story of a young boy who builds a snowman that comes to life. As the sun rises, the snowman begins to melt, leading to a bittersweet yet magical adventure.
In this charming book, children learn about the secret lives of snowmen after dark. The whimsical illustrations depict the snowmen’s playful antics as they come to life when everyone is asleep and it captures the fleeting nature of snowmen and the magic of winter.
