Ingredients
  

  • avocado
  • lime juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • whole wheat toast
  • hard boiled egg
  • olives
  • nori

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread until it reaches your preferred level of crispness.
  2. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast to create Frankenstein’s green face.
  3. Arrange the remaining ingredients on top of the avocado to create Frankenstein’s hair, eyes, mouth, and other facial details.
  4. Serve the toast right away while the bread is still crisp.

Notes

For the best results, use toast that is sturdy enough to hold the toppings without becoming soggy.
If kids are helping, have all of the toppings prepped before you start decorating so they can focus on building the face.
