Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen, overripe bananas
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 big handfulls fresh spinach
  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • maple syrup or honey to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
