Watermelon Cucumber Smoothie

This recipe is for a refreshing watermelon cucumber smoothie. It's vegan, so easy to make, and only uses 4 ingredients!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen watermelon
  • 1/2 cup cucumber peeled and deseeded
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons agave or other flavorless sweetener

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. Stop the blender and stir as needed. If extra liquid is needed for blending, add water a little at a time. For a really thick smoothie, try to add as little liquid as possible.
  • Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass and serve ASAP (it melts quickly). ENJOY!

Notes

Thick smoothies are the best!  A good, powerful blender plays a big role in this.

To change up the flavors of this smoothie, try adding some fresh mint or fresh basil.
For an "adult" drink, add a shot of vodka!
