  • Rainbows are another symbol of St. Patrick’s Day. Leprechauns are said to hide their pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.
  • It’s a tradition to wear green on this day. Legend has it that if you don’t, a leprechaun will pinch you!
  • Shamrocks are another symbol of this holiday, and are thought to bring good luck.

Ingredients:

Step 1: Prepare the pudding according to the directions on the package. Add the food coloring to make it green.

Step 2: Spoon the pudding into clear cups, then top with gold sprinkles.

Step 3: Add a dollop of whipped cream on opposite sides of the cup, to form clouds. Place the ends of a rainbow sour belt into the clouds to form a rainbow. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
