How do you make this Valentine’s heart bouquet craft?

Materials:

Step 1: Cut hearts out of colored paper. I used pink and red, but you can use any colors you’d like. Make sure the hearts are the same size by using a template and tracing the hearts onto the paper, as pictured below. You will need 3 hearts per “flower”.

Step 2: Glue a heart to the sheet of white paper. Then, add glue to only the crease of a second heart, as pictured below. Place that heart on top of the first heart. Do the same with a third heart. Repeat this process until you’ve used up all your hearts.

Step 3: Tie a piece of yarn around the pipe cleaners, then glue them onto the white paper to create the stems for your bouquet. Weigh them down with a flat object, such as a book, while the glue dries.

Step 4: Once the glue has dried, crease the “petals” on the hearts so they stand up. Then, glue a larger sheet of colored paper to the back of the white paper to create a boarder (optional).
