How Do You Make Easter Coffee Filter Suncatchers?

Supplies:

  • free printables
  • colored cardstock or construction paper
  • coffee filters
  • washable markers
  • glue/glue stick
  • scissors
  • spray bottle filled with water

Step 1: Use the washable markers to make designs on the coffee filters. You will need 1 coffee filter for each suncatcher.

Step 2: Spray water on the coffee filters until they are damp. If you don’t have a spray bottle, use a wet cotton ball or wet paper towel to dampen the coffee filters. Set them aside to let them dry completely.

Step 3: Meanwhile, print the templates on cardstock or construction paper. Cut the Easter egg and the bunny out, then cut out the inside of the shape as well.

Step 4: Glue the template onto the coffee filter. Then, cut the excess coffee filter off. Tape the suncatcher to a window and enjoy the colors shining through!
