  1. Can you use crazy Richards peanut powder instead and if so how many teaspoons?

    • Hi Brooke!

Absolutely! You can use 1 tablespoon of peanut powder in this recipe (or less if you prefer). If you’re mashing this cereal by hand, I would mix the powder with a little bit of liquid (baby formula, breast milk or water) first. Make sure the powder is completely dissolved before adding it to the cereal. 🙂

Here’s a link to some FAQ about Crazy Richad’s peanut powder, as well as other info and recipe ideas for babies (at the bottom of the page). 🙂

Can you use quick rolled oats and boil them instead of the baby oats cereal?

    • Yes, absolutely. 🙂 If your baby can eat a chunky consistency, you can just mix in the peanut butter and banana…and if not, go ahead and puree them together.

  3. Can you make more than a single serving and freeze it?

    • Yes, absolutely! I would recommend freezing the extra in ice cube trays. Once they’re frozen, transfer them to a container. Defrost one or two at a time, depending on how much your baby eats.
